Jojo can be vocal (those familiar with beagles know this is sometimes a breed trait) and he may need slow intros with new people. Jojo may enjoy calm dog friends but would rather live without one. Diesel, often confused for Vin, is ready to take the show by storm. His energy and pizazz keep viewers on the edge of their seats. He would like the stage to himself so no cat or dog friends. Adults only please, you wouldn’t want to inhibit his greatness now, would you?
Kitty
I'm Kitty! I'm a 5-year-old female cat looking to be the only pet in a teen- and adult-only home. I'm a pretty social lady and one smart cookie. I like my space and affection on my terms, so I'm looking for a home where I can nap, keep an eye out the window, and then come calling when it's dinner time (and give lots of leg rubs while I'm there). Maybe a few pets on the head in the meantime for good measure. In terms of my personality, I'm an executive. I have to say, I'm a busy cat. First, I've got to check out what's happening out the window. Next, I'll see if any closets or cupboards need looking into. And then there are my naps — can't be late for those. I can fit a little socializing into my schedule. Shall we plan on breakfast and dinner? I hope you like kibbles.
Oreo & Max
Hi, we're Oreo and Max! We're 1-year-old male cats who are absolutely inseparable. We've both been pretty nervous in our adjustment to PARL. Oreo seeks pets and snuggles once he's comfortable, but Max prefers to observe and snuggle with Oreo rather than seek attention himself. We'd do best in a quiet, teen- and adult-only home where we can have lots of time, hidey places, and love to help us settle in. In terms of our personalities, Max is a private investigator. He's working undercover to keep an eye on you and your household. You may not even know you're under surveillance.

Kiwi & Apple is a part of our Special Adoptions program “PARL Pals”
Some animals, like people, just belong together. PARL Pals are pets that may have lived together all of their lives or maybe they just bonded during their stay at our shelter. Either way, we just can’t bear to see them separated! It’s our hope that a special adopter will feel the same way as we do and adopt them together. To make the deal even sweeter, we’ve made their adoption fees a 2-for-1 deal!
