Guests will enjoy a live cooking demonstration featuring one of Track 15’s chefs and hosted by Stock Culinary Goods owner Jan Dane.

The experience includes complimentary tastings, a moderated Q&A with the chefs, and the opportunity to purchase favorite cooking tools from the Stock Culinary Goods pop-up market, and attendees will also receive a coupon for 10% off their purchase from that event’s vendor demonstration.

On Wednesday, March 11, there will be a “Martinis 101” event, featuring local spirits.

Culinary Collective Event

On March 29, Track 15 will be hosting a special evening celebrating the Providence Culinary Collective — “the chefs, creators and flavors that make our city’s food scene so vibrant.”

This one-night event will bring together local talent and delicious dishes under one roof, featuring all seven Track 15 food hall vendors: There There, Dolores, Tolia, Dune Brothers, Little Chaska, Giusto, and Mother Pizza.

This is your chance to taste the cuisine of Giusto's Chef Kevin O'Donnell, James Beard Award Semifinalist for Best Chef Northeast, alongside some of the city's most exciting culinary talent.
