Dune Brothers seafood is poised to open its second location in Providence — and is now one step closer.

On Thursday, the City of Providence Board of Licenses approved a full liquor license for "Dune Brothers Fox Point" —  at 170 Ives Street.

The site formerly housed Like No Udder vegan ice cream, which moved this year to Hope Street.

It will mark the second location for Dune Brothers, which is currently operating on Dyer Street in the Jewelry District.

Dune Brothers is also slated to go into the new "Track 15" food hall downtown.

In 2021, they announced they would be opening a location on North Main Street, but that project never materialized.
