The United Way of Rhode Island (UWRI) has announced the award winners for its 92nd Annual Celebration.

The celebration will take place on Thursday, October 11 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the WaterFire Arts Center.

United Way reminds those who are interested that registration fills quickly. 

92nd Annual Celebration

The celebration recognizes four people and organizations who are committed to changing lives and working in the community.

During the evening, guests will enjoy a light buffet, hors d’oeuvres, and complimentary valet parking.

The award winners are as follows:

·  2018 Corporate Partnership Award: FM Global

·  John H. Chafee Lifetime Service Award: Armeather Gibbs

·  Dante Mollo Labor Award: Steve Murphy, IBEW Local 2323

·  Young Leader Spark! Award: Brian Hernandez
