The new name recognizes Lisa M. Kresge as a named partner. Kresge will also assume a leadership role as co-managing partner with longtime managing partner Benjamin Scungio.
Lisa Kresge joined the firm’s Providence office in 2011 from the Boston office of Brown Rudnick. She routinely counsels commercial lenders and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities, asset-based financing, loan workouts, commercial and residential foreclosures, and other lending and business transactions.
Kresge is admitted to practice law in RI and MA. She is a 1996 graduate of American University in Washington, DC – cum laude – and a 1999 graduate of Boston University School of Law.

Edmund J. Brennan Jr. and Benjamin M. Scungio are among the five original founding partners of the firm, which opened in September of 1991. Brennan is a resident of South Dartmouth, MA and Scungio is a resident of Smithfield, RI.
