It was two Rhode Islanders that led Northeastern to the 3-2 win.
Gunnarwolfe Fontaine of East Greenwich scored two of the Huskies’ goals, including a third-period goal sending the game into overtime.

Northeastern Defenseman Jayden Struble of Cumberland dominated at both ends. He anchored the defense and constantly pushed the puck into the Harvard end of the ice.
Struble is a senior and was a 2nd round pick of the Montreal Canadians in 2019.
