PC Men's Soccer Upsets Penn State in NCAA Tournament

Providence College's Trevor Davock sent the Friars men's soccer team to the Third Round of the NCAA Tournament after scoring the golden goal in the 95th minute to beat the Penn State Nittany Lions, 3-2, on Sunday, Nov. 24 at University Park.

With the win, the Friars improve their record to 16-6-0, which ties the program record of wins in a season.

This marks the program's third Round of 16 appearances in the last five years. The Friars improve to 11-7-1 all-time in the NCAA Tournament, including an 8-3-1 mark under Head Coach Craig Stewart.
