Cranston West Advances to Little League World Series

Cranston West Little League has won the New England Championship 10-4 Over New Hampshire and advances to the Little League World Series for the second time in league history.
This marks the second straight year in which a Rhode Island team has advanced to the World Series and the third time in five years.
Cranston used a five run third inning, sparked by a Nick Mason grand slam to go up 6-2 and led 7-2 in the fourth before New Hampshire scored two runs over the next two innings to cut their deficit to 7-4 with just one inning left.
