Rob Gronkowski says he probably suffered 20 concussions in his career. The former NFL star admitted the shocking news in a recent interview with Reena Ninan of CBS News.
"I had nine surgeries and probably had, like, 20 concussions in my life – no lie. I remember five blackout ones," said Rob Gronkowski.
The subject came up after Ninan asked Gronkowski if he would let his son play football.

The former New England Patriots tight end retired this offseason.
Gronkowski spent his entire nine-year career with the Patriots, including three Super Bowl titles.
Many have speculated that Gronkowski may return to New England later this season. Gronkowski said that he's "in a good place right now" and "would have to be feeling it" to consider a return.
