Bryant Baseball Claims NEC Title

It has been some kind of spring season for Bryant athletics.
Putting a cap on a spectacular semester for the Bulldogs and several of their teams, the Bryant baseball team claimed the Northeast Conference championship Saturday afternoon with a 6-2, 12 inning victory over Sacred Heart at Dodd Stadium in Norwich, CT.
A three-run triple in the 12th inning from Robbie Rinn was the decisive play for the Bulldogs, who improve to 42-14 on the season overall. The baseball title follows spring crowns in the NEC from Men's Tennis, Men's and Women's Lacrosse, Track and Softball teams.
