RI House Minority Leader Quattrocchi Receives 2020 Person of the Year Award

Rhode Island House Republican Deputy Minority Leader Robert Quattrocchi was honored with the 2020 Person of the Year Community Service Award by the Order of the Sons and Daughters of Italy (OSDIA) - Vince Lombardi Lodge.
“I am truly honored to be recognized by the Sons and Daughters of Italy for this distinction. Thank you to President Angelo Padula and the Board of Directors for recognizing my community service record. Sharing this award with Edwina, my daughters Brianna and Sofia, and my many neighbors and friends, was a moment I will treasure,” said Quattrocchi.
The Person of the Year Award is presented to a nominee who has a record of achievement in service to the community.

Quattrocchi received the award at the 44th annual Community Service Award Dinner on Sunday, March 8 at Cranston Country Club.
About Quattrocchi
The oldest of seven children, Bob was born in the Eagle Park section of Providence to Robert and Assunta (Festa) Quattrocchi.
His mother, Assunta, emigrated from Avellino, Italy in 1962, at the age of 16.
Photos of his mother’s village decorated the Cranston Country Club.
His father, Robert, sadly passed away the night before the 2020 Man of the Year Award ceremony.
He was a third-generation Italian from his father’s side of the family, with Irish heritage from his mother.
