NEW: RI State Police Seize Over 100 Ballots at FOP

The Rhode Island State Police have seized roughly 100 ballots from the polling precinct at the Fraternal Order of Police on Sheridan Street.  

Following reports from City Councilman Luis Aponte that there were machine issues at the location, Colonel Steven O'Donnell, Superintendent of the State Police, confirmed that the State Police were taking the ballots to the 

"We took roughly a third of the ballots...I believe there were 321 there," said O'Donnell.  O'Donnell said at 8:15 P.M. that the ballots were being taken to the Board of Elections to be counted.
