Businessman Guillaume De Ramel has picked up a big name endorsement for Secretary of State. Former First District Congressman Patrick Kennedy has thrown his support behind De Ramel.
Kennedy said, “I am supporting Guillaume because he understands that the most important thing he can do as our next Secretary of State is to make it easier to business in Rhode Island by increasing openness, transparency and accessibility.”
“Rhode Islanders have been well served by Congressman Kennedy’s leadership and commitment to our community for decades and I am thrilled to have earned his support for my campaign,” said De Ramel. “I’m running because I believe in our state’s potential.
