Minoska B. Pena, 39, of Smithfield, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY surrounded by her loving family.
She was the beloved wife of Ukoh “Charles” Usoro.
Born in the Dominican Republic, a loving daughter of Pablo and Damaris (Carabello) Segura of North Providence, she had lived in North Providence before moving to Smithfield 3 years ago.
Minoska was a paralegal for CVS Health in Woonsocket for the past 6 years.
She was a member of the Johnston-Smithfield Juvenile Board and a member of the NAACP.
Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by her loving children, Jovan Rocha of Pawtucket and Aaliyah Moody of Smithfield; her loving brothers, Carlos Segura of North Providence, Huascar Pena of the Dominican Republic; several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was the sister of the late Pablo Segura, Jr.
Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 11 am at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln.
Her burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Providence.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call Saturday from 9-11 am.
