Michael J. Callahan, of West Warwick, Passes Away at 52

Michael J. Callahan, 52, of Old Carriage Road, West Warwick, died Friday, March 26, 2021, at his home. He was the son of Esther V. (Faccenda) Callahan and the late John Callahan.

Born in Providence, he had lived in Smithfield until moving to West Warwick.

He worked as a commercial cook for Dave’s Marketplace and was a Health Care worker, both for over 20 years.

Michael was an avid golfer, sports fan, and pool player.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his brother, Robert W. Callahan of Pascoag.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 9:30 am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Due to COVID restrictions seating is limited. Social distancing and masks are required.

Burial will be private.
