And now a new neighbor.
The penthouse atop the luxury Rhode Island hotel Ocean House has found a buyer after hitting the market in February for $20 million.
The penthouse is now under contract, according to the Wall Street Journal.
What is not known is the closing price or the buyer. Those details should emerge after the closing.
“Ocean House, which is in the affluent Watch Hill neighborhood in the town of Westerly, stands on the same street as Swift’s coastal mansion, High Watch, which inspired her song “The Last Great American Dynasty.” There’s even a view of the pop star’s home from Ocean House’s grounds,” writes the Wall Street Journal.
The penthouse is nearly 4,700 square feet and has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
The private terrace adds another 2,164 square feet of space and offers unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Little Narragansett Bay.
