Barbara M. Boylan, of Nasonville, Dies at 91

Barbara M. Boylan, 91, of Nasonville, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Pascoag, she was the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Dorothy M. (Auger) Boylan.

Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She worked as a secretary for Andrew Worsted Mill, formerly of Pascoag, and then for Northwest Catholic School System for many years. She was a longtime member of St. Joseph's Parish in Pascoag.

She is survived by four daughters: Elizabeth A. Steere of Putnam, CT, Mary F. Snizek of Nasonville and Barbara L. Smith and Kathleen A. Weintraub, both of Harrisville; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother Thomas J. Boylan Jr., and grandsons Michael Snizek and Jackson Weintraub.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, December 20, beginning with visitation from 9 to 11 am in the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave., Pascoag and followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am in St. Joseph's Church, 183 Sayles Ave., Pascoag.

Burial will follow the Mass at 12:45 pm in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Main St., Burrillville.

Masks are required while attending the funeral in the funeral home and in the church at the request of the family.
