Alexis M. McGuire Dies at 40

Alexis M. McGuire, 40, passed away Monday June 17, 2024. She was the devoted mother of Lily Marie Young, and the daughter of Thomas E. McGuire, Sr. and the late Joanne M. (Leeman) McGuire.

 

Alexis was employed as a pharmacy technician with the Veterans Administration.

She worked for 10 years at the Veterans Hospital, in the past 2 years at home. Her daughter, Lily, was the love of her life and they were inseparable.

 

Alexis played bass guitar for the past 10 years. She and her daughter, Lily, loved music and dancing together. She is also survived by her brother Thomas E. McGuire, Jr. and her best friend Andrea Lynn Civale.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to a visit with the family on Friday, June 21, 2024, from 5-8 pm in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick.
