Suspect in Custody for Shooting Death Incident of 15-Year-Old in Providence in July

A suspect is in custody in the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy in Providence, police have confirmed.
Ger’Vantae Tilson was shot and killed on Wallace Avenue in the Silver Lake section of the city on July 23.
Police said that the person in custody is related to incident,

Tilson Page, 15, passed away tragically on July 23, 2022. Born in Providence he was the beloved, and oldest son of Gervonnie Page and Marisol Tilson.
Tae was a role model to his three siblings, he was a kind-hearted, brave, and loving brother. He was an advocate for his autistic brother, he was perfect in Tae’s eyes; the reason he didn’t speak was he was a genius that was too busy making a master plan.
He was adored by his eight-year-old sister, he was her biggest protector. His best friend was his younger brother, only being eleven months apart they had a natural closeness, from the day he was born. They were inseparable, always play fighting and driving each other crazy it was a bond like no other.
