RI PBS' "In Another Opinion" to Launch 2nd Season

The local public affairs program “In Another Opinion” is set to launch its second season on RI PBS on Sunday, January 14.

The show is hosted by publisher and editor of The Providence American, Peter Wells.

"There are several public information programs aired on various networks in the state that embrace the majority's points of view. In Another Opinion takes a look at some of the same issues but from the perspective of the minority community,” said Wells.

Season 2

For its second season, In Another Opinion will air two shows a month, on the second and fourth Sundays, at 10:30 a.m.

On January 14, guest Nick Figueroa, executive director of College Visions, will talk about college accessibility for first-generation and low-income students.

On January 28, Representative Anastasia Williams, Democrat from House District 9 in Providence, takes a look inside the General Assembly and key legislation impacting minority communities.
