The Event
According to LLI, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, learn from influential speakers, gain valuable insights into leadership in the Latino community, and learn how to be part of the new LLI Movement.
"It's not just about running for office — but empowering women to learn the systems and to be confident and comfortable in participating in the community at different levels," said LLI Co-Founder Delia Rodriguez-Masjoan. "Many of the women who have participated in the past have gone on to get a promotion at their job or have used the skills that they learned — not just soft skills like communication, but how to navigate bureaucracy, government and nonprofit organizations and the different levels of engagement in government."
Guest speakers will share LLI's past, present, and future, and strategies for the next steps, offering you valuable opportunities to be a part of LLI and showcase their leadership skills.
Rodriguez-Masjoan says LLI is open to seasoned Latina leaders or Latinas just starting their journey.
Tickets are available on Eventbrite.
