NEW: NEA Official Found Guilty Of Cyberstalking

A judge found National Education Association official John Leidecker guilty of cyber stalking State Rep. Douglas Gablinske, Monday.

Leidecker was accused used a fake e-mail account to impersonate a state rep and misrepresent his positions during the last year’s election.

Leidecker is due back in court on Sept. 28 for sentencing. He plans to appeal the decision.
