NEW: Multiple Explosions Heard at Boston Marathon

Multiple explosions are being reported at the finish of the Boston Marathon. The area near the finish line and viewing stands has been evacuated. Medical and emergency personnel are currently on the scene. Reports of multiple explosions, casualties and smoke are reported. Eyewitness reports from the Prudential Center reported extreme smoke, causing onlookers to immediately vacate the area.
Reports of two separate explosions near the finish line of the Boston Marathon are currently pouring in. At least one explosion was confirmed on Boylston at the location of Marathon sports.
The finish line area is presently being used as a triage and staging area. Severe injuries are being reported.
