Governor Chafee’s 18-year-old son was charged over the weekend after attempting to purchase alcohol at a liquor store in Jamestown, WPRI is reporting.
Caleb Chafee was caught on video placing beer on the store’s counter while his 18-year-old friend was outside in a car.
