Former State Senator Moura Says Schilling Deal Should Be Delayed

Former state Senator Paul Moura tells GoLocalProv that he agrees with Frank Caprio - the state's deal with Curt Schilling's video game company, 38 Studios, should be delayed until a new governor is elected. Moura says it's important to be both aggressive and cautious on such deals.
