"Fat Test" Scandal Fallout: NK Has Another Interim Superintendent - Fourth in Less Than a Year
The move comes after the abrupt resignation of the district’s previous Interim Superintendent, Judy Paolucci, earlier in January.
Katherine Sipala, the Interim Assistant Superintendent who had filled in as Acting Interim Superintendent following Paolucci's departure, will return to her previous post.

Auger had stepped down in March of 2022 during the investigation into who knew what — and when — about allegations of naked ‘fat tests’ being conducted by former boys’ basketball coach Aaron Thomas dating back to 2018.
Thomas was charged with sexual assault and child molestation in July of 2022.
About Pallotta
Pallotta will join the North Kingstown School Department on Monday, January 30, 2023.
He previously served as Superintendent in Lincoln and Burrillville, and as the Interim Superintendent in East Greenwich and in South Kingstown.
