Shortly after 11 PM on Wednesday night, police responded to the report of a B&E at Mokban Restaurant at 217 Westminster Street.

Police said they met with the owner, who said upon observing the restaurant’s surveillance video from earlier in the day, that she saw that a man had entered the establishment at 5 AM that morning — which she had not been aware of until she watched the footage.

According to police, the owner said the video showed the man walking around the restaurant, before he took alcohol valued at several hundred dollars — as well as an entire tiramisu.

The owner shared the restaurant footage with police.
