RI's What Cheer Writers Club Launching New Podcasting Studio in Providence

Jodie Vinson and Jillian Winters of the What Cheer Writers Club appeared on GoLocal LIVE to talk about the launch of the new podcasting studio in downtown Providence. 

"Content creation and publishing is often a solitary and less-than-lucrative craft. Yet, books, podcasts, journalism, zines, scripts and cartoons are critical to our culture and understanding of the world. As a 'Creative Capital', Providence should be a place for the content arts to flourish," states What Cheer, a new nonprofit supporting Rhode Island’s writing, indie publishing and podcasting communities

Vinson and Winters spoke to the new podcasting studio being open to What Cheer members -- and how the club has monthly public info sessions to share more of its knowledge -- and what it's all about -- with the community at large.
