Michael Harrison, Talkers magazine
Michael Harrison, the publisher of Talkers magazine joins GoLocal LIVE and discussed the near bankruptcy of two of the largest radio groups in America, the state of talk radio in Providence, and the future of media. Harrison is one of the leading experts on radio today.

Harrison says that the merger of CBS radio and Entercom may change the sports radio in Boston as the combined company owns the two leading franchises -- WEEI and 98.5 the Sports Hub.

He also discusses the future WPRO post Buddy Cianci and the departure of John DePetro. Cianci died in February of 2016 and DePetro left the station late in the year. WPRO's ratings have dropped by a third since then.
