Paolino Says Case-Mead Lofts at 50% Occupancy -- Before Even Opening

Former Providence Mayor Joseph Paolino of Paolino Properties said that the Case-Mead lofts on Dorrance Street in Providence are already at 50% occupancy, prior to the official grand opening of the micro-living spaces in downtown.

Paolino also spoke to the progress on the Homewood Suites, the extended-stay project which was officially kicked off in October, and his hopes that work will begin on the boutique "Hotel Beatrice" -- named after his mother -- on Westminster Street this summer.
