Nitro Bar's Finacchiaro Talks Growth on LIVE

Providence’s beloved nitro infused coffee connoisseur Audrey Finacchiaro talks about the growth of her small business from a single cart to a permanent location in Providence’s West End.

What started as a passion project pouring nitrogen infused cold brew coffee from a hand made cart on bicycle wheels, quickly gained popularity throughout the city.

“Three years ago, my business partner Sam and I wanted to bring a mobile coffee cart to Providence. We built a wooden cart in my parent’s basement, and started bringing it to the downtown area” says Finacchiaro. The momentum turned into expansion “We were looking into doing something a little more permanent for the winter so it could be all year round,” says Finnaccario.

Nitro Bar uses a special cold brew coffee that is pressurized, giving it a frothy and creamy consistency, as well as handcrafted espresso hot drinks.

Finacchiaro makes flavorful caffeinated beverages, “We love to create seasonally inspired beverages. Right now we are using a lot of peppermint for the holidays, a sea salted caramel coffee and new drinks to come in the spring.”
