LIVE: Ndoye Talks TedX, Help for Sex Workers Through RI's Weber Renew

Colleen Daley Ndoye
Colleen Daley Ndoye, the Executive Director of Project Weber/RENEW, which provides street outreach and social support for sex workers and other high-risk populations, appeared on GoLocal LIVE to talk about the work the group is doing in the community -- as well as its upcoming fundraiser.

Ndoye will be presenting at TedX in Providence on September 30, where she will be speaking about her experiences creating opportunities for individuals to succeed and grow through the peer-driven model, and building innovative partnerships in service of marginalized populations at the intersection of substance abuse, HIV, homelessness, and sex work.

On Thursday, October 26, Weber Renew will hold its first ever benefit at the Arcade in Downtown Providence, celebrating the first 18 months of Weber/RENEW as a merged organization.
