“[Providence Restaurant Week] showcases our more special items and gives guests the reason to come in when they normally [might not],” said Poland, of the special lunch and dinner menus available during the duration of the special.
Poland spoke to the popular dishes — and what he loves in particular.
“Braised short ribs,” said Poland, noting the price point between the item on the regular menu — and the special during the two weeks which includes starter and dessert. “Our meatloaf is one of our more popular items, and I tell people they’ll likely take some home.”
“I love the lobster risotto with avocado voice cream,” said Poland of the popular item.
Poland also spoke to Circe’s most popular cocktails, and the rise of tequila as a drink of choice among Circe customers.
