From Cover-Up to Catastrophe: A film which posits that the Centers for Diseason Control and Prevention played a significant role in the controversy over the MMR vaccine, which former physician Andrew Wakefield claimed was harmful for patients, and could potentially cause autism. Wakefield directed this film, based on his own article which was published in the publication The Lancet in 1998.

The Providence 48 Hour Film Project
"Meet and Greet" is on June 18th. For those interested in participating in the Providence 48HFP in July they should come on down to The Comedy Connection, East Providence, RI. On Saturday, June 18th, from 1pm to 4pm where you can meet existing teams looking for cast and crew or meet other filmmakers to start your own team.
Learn tips and tricks from other filmmakers and be a part of the local creative community. The event is FREE and open to the general public. Cast, crew, and team leaders, all are invited! Grab a drink at the bar or order snacks from the new menu. Plenty of free parking.
