Taking in the fun and fashion in the 401: Alex McCord and Simon van Kempen.

Was it real, or was it Reality Rhode Island? First, we had Bravo alums Alex McCord and her husband Simon van Kempen all about town when they returned to StyleWeek Providence for the second year running, clearly BFFs with SWP genius Rosanna Ortiz Sinel. The reality couple recently let go from Bravo's Real Housewives of New York, hosted a SWP event for Sinel at L'Apogee at the Biltmore, dined at the Dorrance, but perhaps the best sighting: Alex and Simon spotted cozying with their kids at the Duck and Bunny in Providence's Fox Point...

competes for Best Actress against similar big talents Rooney Mara, Meryl Streep, Michelle Williams and Glenn Close.

Let's see how much Facinelli, who wrote the screenplay for Loosies, has to say about his adopted home state during the season he spent filming here.

For more Lifestyle coverage, don't miss GoLocalTV, fresh every day at 4pm and on demand 24/7, here.
