It's a long weekend, Rhode Island, and you've earned your fun. Check out this amazing set of 5 events you can't afford to miss out on.

WaterFire, Providence


Head downtown on Saturday to check out the first WaterFire event of the summer. The fires will be lit at sunset (8 pm) and will be accompanied by the always popular WaterFire Music. Gaspee Days Arts and Crafts Festival, Warwick

Saturday – Monday

Featuring over 50,000 guests browsing the work of nearly 150 exhibitors, the annual Gaspee Days Arts and Crafts Festival is a must-do this Memorial Day Weekend. In addition to the art, a professional-style food court, live music and more entertainment will keep the whole family happy. Narragansett Parkway, Pawtuxet Villiage, Warwick, RI. 10 am – 5 pm. Sunset Music Series Kick-Off, Newport

Toots and the Maytals light up the stage in Newport as the Sunset Music Series kicks off this weekend.

The popular Jamaican ska-reggae group, Toots and the Maytalls, will kick of Newport’s premier summer-long concert series this Saturday. The annual Sunset Music Series always features some big names in music and 2013 is no different. Check out the summer 2013 lineup here. $24 in advance, $36 day-of. In the Round Square Music Festival, Cranston

Enjoy a celebration dedicated to commemorating Rhode Island’s best songwriters this weekend at Theatre 82 in Cranston. The Reverend Bob Levy, East Providence

Comedy icon “Reverend” Bob Levy is coming to East Providence this weekend as the radio personality and former wrestler will be preforming at the Comedy Connection Friday and Saturday night.
