Providence St. Patrick's Day Parade
Providence
The parade begins at Smith Street and Hilltop Avenue.
It will proceed eastwards on Smith Street and end at the Rhode Island State House.
The parade starts at 12 p.m.

St. Patrick's Day 5K at RI State House
Providence
The Guinness St. Pat's 5K will start and finish at the Rhode Island State House on Smith Street in Providence on Saturday, March 9.
Walkers are welcome.
The event begins at 11 a.m.

Irish Eyes Exhibit at Spring Bull Gallery
Newport
Through landscapes, quaint cottages, castles, the pounding surf of the Irish Sea and the hues of the lush vegetation and a beer or two Ireland will be depicted on the walls of Spring Bull Gallery by artists.
So even if you are not Irish, you are invited in for a wee bit of fun and to enjoy the incredible sites of Ireland without leaving home.
The exhibit is open from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The Rosendale's 4th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Block Party
Providence
Gather your fellow leprechauns and head to Union St for one of the biggest block parties of the year.
The party starts at 12 p.m. and continues into the night inside or out with heated tents. Add that to traditional Irish fare, the infamous drunken Irish egg rolls, fun, and games…this is definitely not to be missed.

Newport Saint Patrick's Day Parade
Newport
Find your best green attire, keep your eyes open for leprechauns, and join in the revelry to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Newport.
The parade kicks off from the Newport City Hall and runs through Washington Square, down Thames Street, and ends at St. Augustine's Church.
The Parade will begin at 11 a.m.

Providence's "Luck Of The Irish" St. Patrick's Day Pub Crawl 2019
Providence
This St. Paddy's weekend, take part in the Pub Crawl that will give you access to drink specials at a variety of bars across the Providence.
On the day of the event, take your ticket to the registration venue, and you will be greeted by our friendly event staff. They will give you the official PubCrawls.com wristband, and a map that guides you to all the participating venues and tells you the specials you will receive when you get there.

Tour De Patrick
North Kingstown
The Tour De Patrick is a three-part 5K race series in Rhode Island over the month of March where runners and walkers can run/walk and accumulate their times and score in the overall Tour De Patrick in addition to scoring at each individual race.

St. Patrick's Day Glass Making at Gather: Glass Blowing Studio
Providence
Come celebrate St. Patrick's Day weekend by making a drinking glass at Gather Glass.
Anyone signing up for the drinking glass class that weekend will have the option to make a larger beer glass at no extra charge.
Participants will roll their molten glass into their color, shape their glass with special glass blowing tools, blow air into their glass and work closely with the instructor to bring your glass to its final perfect shape.
Glass making goes from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Live traditional Irish music every Sunday night, hosted by A. O. Gutierrez, Tim May and Jack Wright. Family-friendly- arrive early to secure a table if you plan on eating.
