Introducing 10 RI Things I Love, a weekly sharing of the favorite shops, buys, spots and events of Rhode Island's tastemakers. Today, Barrington-based architect David Andreozzi, whose firm, Andreozzi Architects, is currently restoring Boothden, one of the state's most historic properties, in Newport.

The son of a second generation contractor, Andreozzi grew up working construction sites and graduated to framing, fine carpentry, bidding, running complex jobs and furniture design/building at RISD. He's a nationally published architect whose projects range from here in Rhode Island to the Bahamas. David’s work can be found at www.andreozzi.com
