Comedy Central's Rich Vos at Comedy Connection
Vos is a no-holds-barred performer who destroys in comedy clubs around the country.
A comedian’s comedian, he can be heard regularly on Opie and Jimmy and as a guest on the most popular podcasts including WTF with Marc Maron and Rogan.
The show goes from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

A Christmas Carol at Trinity Rep
Get into the holiday spirit by heading over to Trinity Rep to see A Christmas Carol.
As is the company’s custom, the entire production will be completely new from casting to design and theatrical magic.
This past season’s production became the highest selling show in Trinity Rep history.

Iona vs PC at Dunkin' Donuts Center
The Providence College Friars are back at the Dunkin' Donuts Center on Saturday afternoon to host the Iona Gaels.
After falling to Michigan in the Hall of Fame Tip-off Championship game, the Friars are 3-2 on the season and looking to get back in the win column.
Game time is set for 4 p.m.

John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band at Courthouse Center for the Arts
After a decade-long run in the 1970’s on the Northeast music scene, John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band became recognized as one of the best and most popular unsigned acts in the country.
They achieved national recognition when leader John Cafferty wrote and performed the score to the motion picture, “Eddie & The Cruisers”. The soundtrack became a triple platinum.
Cafferty’s solo track “Hearts on Fire” was featured in the Sylvester Stallone film “Rocky IV” and he received his second double platinum soundtrack award.
Over the years Cafferty has placed 35 songs in major motion pictures.
The show goes from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Vanilla Fudge at the Greenwich Odeum
Legendary psychedelic rockers Vanilla Fudge will bring its brand of power-heavy music to East Greenwich.
The band, which includes original members Mark Stein (keyboards), Carmine Appice (drums), Vinnie Martell (guitar) and bassist Pete Bremy, is expected to play its long list of hits, as well as material from the recent albums, Live At Sweden Rock and Spirit of ’67.

12th Annual Short Short Story Film Festival at AS220
The festival includes live-action and animated films from across the globe, all of which tell a story in under six minutes.
Audiences can enjoy two distinct programs of cultural excursions, each in less than the time of a typical feature film. With three dozen films in total, directors from thirty countries on six continents are participating.
The event goes from 2:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
