Jojo
Calling all Beagle enthusiasts! Meet Jojo, a senior Beagle Mix looking for his new home. Jojo can be vocal (those familiar with beagles know this is sometimes a breed trait) and he may need slow intros with new people. Jojo may do well with another calm/lazy dogs but rambunctious pups aren't his thing. Adults only for him - If your on the market for a small dog that enjoys the great outdoors, come on in and meet Jojo today.
Dhamu
Meet Dhamu! This love bug is looking for an active family who also loves to cuddle. He can be quite exuberant so playful and tolerant dogs would be best. He has no history with cats, so he is looking for a home without feline friends. No kiddos for this big boy, please. If you’d like to meet Dhamu, come down to 34 Elbow St today.
Zoey
When Zoey stepped onto the scene, she was an immediate fan favorite. She tends to drool when she sleeps – when the other cast mates caught wind of this, they couldn’t help but gossip. The bad blood has hurt her pride a little, so a no pets household is best! Kids usually have warm laps, right? Sounds good to her.
Mars
We love Itty Bitty Pitties and she is no exception! Mars is about 2 years of age. She's an active girl with an enormous personality. She adores playing, goofing off and cuddles (preferably in that order). We recommend teens and adults and no other animals in the home for this gal. It best that Mars goes to a home with no other dogs, as she does have some issues with guarding. This can be an issue transitioning into a home with other animals. However, once established in a home she can have dog friends, go to the dog parks and/or potentially live in a home with a dog in the future. We have Mars on some medication for itchy skin and ears so her new humans will need to continue treatment. For more information on this adorable chunk, come on in or call us at 421-1399
Bear
Meet Bear! He is a 3 year old German shepherd/chow chow mix! This lover boy would do best in a home with teen and adults as he has limited basic obedience skill and like to jump up on you to greet you. He enjoys walks and play time and could go home with another young, energetic dog. No cats for Bear. Interested in this fluffy boy? Come on down to PARL and meet him.
Ed
Hi, I'm Ed! I'm a 10-year-old male cat with a lot to say in my very quiet voice. I don't have much history with dogs or cats but might be able to join them in a home if the fit is right. In terms of my personality, I'm a sidekick. Like all sidekicks, I'm just plain good company. I like attention, and I also like my solitude. I don't go looking for trouble but I'm no scaredy-cat, either. If you are looking for a steady companion to travel with you on the road of life, look no further.
Calila
My name is Calila and I'm a 9 year old female looking for my forever home. I might be shy at first, but if you give me enough time to settle in I might just be your new best friend. Most people would describe me as a "Private Investigator". I'm working undercover to keep an eye on you and your household. You may not even know you're under surveillance. I can vanish into thin air if anyone or anything interferes with my investigation. If you need a cat who knows how to stay out of trouble and will always keep your secrets, I just might take your case.
Kiwi & Apple
Kiwi & Apple is a part of our Special Adoptions program “PARL Pals”
Some animals, like people, just belong together. PARL Pals are pets that may have lived together all of their lives or maybe they just bonded during their stay at our shelter. Either way, we just can’t bear to see them separated! It’s our hope that a special adopter will feel the same way as we do and adopt them together. To make the deal even sweeter, we’ve made their adoption fees a 2-for-1 deal!
Calvin & Hobbes
Meet Calvin and Hobbes! These boys are both around 4 years old and looking for a home together. They're curious and social, and get pretty chatty when they know treats are around! They'd make a great addition to any family.
Shino
Hey, my name is Shino and I'm about 2 years old! I'm a pretty outgoing guy who finds it easy to make friends. I really could be happy in any home! Come by PARL and meet me today.
