Washington Trust Provides $2.17 Million in Financing to 4 Pawtucket Properties

The Washington Trust's Commercial Real Estate Group has recently provided $2.178 million to Evergreen Street Apartments, LLC for the acquisition of four multifamily properties located in Pawtucket.

The Properties

The three buildings located on Evergreen Street, 251, 265 and 383 contain 12 dwelling units and were constructed in 1965. The property located at 212 Liberty Street contains six dwelling unit and was built in 1964.
All four properties combine for a portfolio that includes over 57,100 square-feet of space and features 29 two-bedrooms unites and 13 one-bedroom units. The properties are brick, garden style buildings, with off street parking.
