Top 10 Priciest Zip Codes in Rhode Island in 2020

Here are Rhode Island's most expensive zip codes this year, according to the national real estate website PropertyShark. 

PropertyShark recently released its annual ranking of the 100 priciest zip codes in the US by closed home sales.

"To determine the most expensive zip codes in the US, we took into account all residential transactions closed between January 1, 2020, and October 15, 2020," they said.

At $967,000, Block Island’s 02807 is the #1 most expensive zip code in the state.

Little Compton’s 02837 landed at #2 with a median of $639,000, followed by Jamestown’s 02835 at $544,00.
