Residential Properties Ltd. announced on Friday the sale of 730 Elmgrove Avenue on Providence’s East Side for $5,459,827. RPL sales associate Derek Simpson represented the seller and was the seller according to Providence records.

According to State-Wide MLS data, this is the highest home sale in Providence County since June of 2024, and the third-highest home sale in the history of Providence County. RPL has now participated in eight of the top 10 residential home sales in Providence's history.
