RIC Set to Open Workforce Development Hub in Central Falls

Rhode Island College (RIC) is set to open its Workforce Development Hub.
The hub is located at the former Dexter Credit Union building on 934 Dexter Street in Central Falls.
It will now become a job training and continuing education facility.

RIC will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, January 29 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The speaking program will begin at 5:30 p.m. with tours of the facility to follow.
Rhode Island College President Frank D. Sánchez, Secretary of Commerce Stefan Pryor, Central Falls Mayor James Diossa, Director of Labor and Training Scott Jensen, Executive Director of Rhode Island Housing Carol Ventura, and Council on Postsecondary Education Chairman Timothy DelGiudice to attend.
