Rhode Island’s Most Booming Suburbs–Coldwell Banker

Coventry has been named the number one booming suburb in Rhode Island, according to a survey done by Coldwell Banker.
Coldwell Banker, a national real estate corporation, ranked 1,500 suburbs nationwide with populations greater than 22,275. “Booming” was defined in the survey by 15-20 attributes ranging from number of single-family homes and proximity to quality schools, to gas affordability, leisure activities and more. Coldwell Banker's survey weighted each attribute on a scale from 1 to 5, with a maximum possible score of 1000. Fifteen Rhode Island suburbs made the list--see how they ranked, below.
