The dedicated gluten-free Johnston bakery had a loyal following — and nearly perfect review rating on Facebook.
“Today was my first time! I have a severe peanut and nut allergy and this is the first bakery I’ve tried! Tom was amazing and very informative. I got two cinnamon buns (maple and vanilla frosted) and a strawberry cupcake,” wrote one Facebook user in May. “Absolutely delicious!! My family who does not have any allergies enjoyed it just as much as me!”
