NEW: Gas Prices Down Two Cents
Gasoline prices in Rhode Island are down two cents this week, according to AAA Southern New England.
A September 19 survey found the average price of self-serve, regular unleaded gasoline to be $3.72 per gallon, 14 cents above the national average and $1.07 above the average price this time last year.
The survey found a local range of 29 cents, from $3.58 to $3.87.
