East Side Home Sells for Nearly $3.1 Million

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty announced the sale of 140 Freeman Parkway in Providence for $3,095,000. The sellers were represented by Michael J. Sweeney, Sales Associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale of 2026 in within both the city of Providence and Providence County.

The home offers more than 5,300 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three full and two half baths.
Additionally, a second property nearby at 82 Freeman Parkway has also closed for $1,700,000, marking the fourth-highest residential sale in Providence so far this year, highlighting continued demand for homes in the Blackstone Boulevard area of the East Side. The buyers were represented by Michael J. Sweeney, Sales Associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
