What is there to talk about?

If you've had your head buried in work this week, or just want to be the smartest person at the water cooler next week, join us for GoLocal Sports on 103.7 FM Saturday morning from 7:00 to 9:00 am!

John Rooke and Scott Cordischi recap the week in sports - which featured a decision rendered by the NCAA on future Friar star Ricky Ledo's eligibility.  But was it a fair and just decision?  Plus, sports talk radio got under the skin of Red Sox manager Bobby Valentine.  Did he overreact, or is it just the culture of our present day and age taking over?

The Patriots kick off their 2012 season in Nashville, TN against the Titans Sunday...but are they ready to assume the role of AFC favorite?  Is 16-0 possible again?

Join us for the conversation - it's a great way to start your weekend.  Call in at (401) 737-1287, or text us at 850850.  And, you can send email to golocal@weei.com.  But most of all, don't miss out.

You don't want to be left behind in the conversation next week, do you?

It's been a long time since 790 The Score!
Just recently found out that John & Scott have this talk show. I've caught the show a couple of times but find the time slot not the most conducive. If anyone at WEEI is monitoring; 7am-10am or 9am-12Noon might garner more listeners and even more callers. Regardless, it's good to have some local sports talk.
