An Ordinance Amending Ordinance Chapter 2017-12, No. 217, Adopting the Community Development Block Grant Budget for Program Year 2017-2018 and Authorizing the Department of Planning and Development to submit the CDBG, HOME, ESG and HOWPA Budget and Application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
